One price, one report, and a plain promise about your money.

What you pay for
The stats and the preview are free. The full report is a one-time payment of S$4.75 (about RM 16), charged in Singapore dollars by Paddle, our payment partner. No subscription, nothing recurring.
If the report does not arrive
If you paid and the full report fails to write, you are not charged; if the charge already went through, we refund it in full, automatically where we can and otherwise within 2 working days of you emailing us.
If you are not happy with it
Email hello@spilltheteh.com within 7 days of buying, with the report link, and say what fell short. We read every one and refund in full when the report missed the mark: wrong people, a chat it misread, or a report that was mostly stats. We do not refund because the reading was not what you hoped to hear.
How refunds arrive
Back to the card or wallet you paid with, through our payment partner, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
